Job Details
Woodbury County Rural Electric Cooperative is accepting applications for a team member with strong customer service skills, strong computer, and data analysis skills.
This individual will perform procedures to include bill calculation, collections, and answering the phones to assist member-consumers or to direct call to other team members. Will be responsible for monitoring meter data collections for billing and operational functions of the cooperative.
Requirements
Must be able to analyze individual accounts to assist member-consumers and analyze aggregated data for marketing and operational efficiencies. An Individual with IT experience is preferred to assist and coordinate our information security programs with our engaged partners and other team members. Proficiency in using personal computers, reporting software, other information systems including knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Must possess and demonstrate critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must have excellent oral and written communications skills. Must possess strong customer service skills as there will be daily contact with our member-consumers.
