CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Part-time)


Allamakee-Clayton Electric Cooperative is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative for the Co-op’s FirstCall emergency lifeline program. The position is part-time (24 hours per week) and is responsible for maintaining the FirstCall emergency response services program. Duties include scheduling, onsite client installations, monitoring equipment, maintaining a database of clients, receiving troubleshoot calls, monthly billing, monitoring inventory, and providing support and backup duties as needed.

Requirements

Must demonstrate a positive attitude, a solid commitment to customer service, and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some post-secondary education in a related field is preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass an applicable background check.
