Eastern Iowa Light & Power Cooperative has an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative at our WILTON location.
The Member Service Representative provides a positive experience to members and the public, creating a good will toward the cooperative. Assists members to establish, maintain and disconnect electrical services. Supports members with billing, payments, and account information and promotes cooperative services and programs.

Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must be high school graduate or equivalent. Associates degree in business or related field preferred. Work experience with an electric utility is desirable. Successful candidates must have knowledge of general office equipment and computer experience, including Microsoft Office products. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment.
