Job Details
Corn Belt Power Cooperative is currently looking for a Network Engineer.
This position will be:
- Responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the database and software systems at the primary and backup control centers.
- Responsible for monitoring Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system events and assuring compliance with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) requirements related to the system.
- Assist with maintaining the rest of the communication network plus additional help with IT network as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, engineering or related field. Five to seven years’ experience in a related area. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Extensive experience with routing and switching equipment from vendors like Cisco, Juniper or Arista. In depth experience of EIGRP, and OSPF routing protocols. Comfortable working in a Microsoft and Linux server environment. Programming languages for scripting and automation.
