Job Details

We are seeking an HR/Executive Assistant to join the team!

The HR/Executive Assistant is responsible for providing executive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and management team. This position covers a broad range of tasks including preparing documents, coordinating travel, and event coordination. This position will also oversee human resources functions and benefits administration.

  • Provides administrative services for the CEO, Management, and Board of Directors.
  • Assists in the recruiting, hiring, and training for the Cooperative.
  • Acts as the benefits administrator for the cooperative, handles filing of disability, worker’s comp, and liability claims.
  • Develop and recommend policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate all employee and Board of Directors training through the statewide education program as well as local and national meetings/conferences.

 

 

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but an Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration required.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in benefits administration, or Human Resources.


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy is essential
  • Must demonstrate sound judgement and discretion in handling confidential information and interpersonal interactions.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in using personal computers, specifically with Microsoft Office applications.
