Job Details
We are seeking a full-time Operations Representative to join our team at Riverland Energy Cooperative in Arcadia, WI.
The Operations Representative works closely with the Line Superintendent and Assistant Line Superintendents daily to organize work schedules, generate work and maintenance service orders, and dispatch during regular working hours. Other duties can include scheduling appointments for the Assistant Line Superintendents, processing new service requests, taking phone calls, and handling member concerns.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma required
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service/ Computer Knowledge/ General Office
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in using a personal computer
- Must demonstrate the ability to listen to members and their concerns
- Must demonstrate the ability to apply problem solving, logic, or reasoning skills to daily tasks
