IAEC Affiliate Application

To support advocacy, communications, education and training, safety, and regulatory issues pertaining to Iowa’s rural electric cooperatives, apply to become an IAEC Affiliate. Affiliate status year matches IAEC fiscal year (from FY Sept 1-Aug 31). This status can be added at any time and prorated by quarter, based on application approval. Platinum Affiliate - $2,500

Includes:

• Listing in IAEC Directory as Platinum Affiliate

• Four IAEC Directories

• Logo featured on signage at IAEC trainings and events including: IAEC Annual Meeting, District Meetings, Conferences and Trainings

• Logo on IAEC Member website (as an affiliate; but not a member)

• Logo on IAEC Community page (Peer-to-Peer Networking web portal)

• Logo on IAEC Learn (Learning Management System)

Additional benefits with Platinum Affiliate Status:

• 20% Discount on IAEC event-specific sponsorship opportunities including: Operations and Safety Spring/Fall Trade Show, IAEC Annual Meeting, IAEC Annual Charity Golf Event

  • Excludes fees charged for additional attendees, extra booth space, extra golfers, or other similar fees.

• Sponsor logo during breaks at IAEC Annual Meeting, District Meetings, IAEC Conferences

Gold Affiliate - $1,500

Includes:

• Listing in IAEC Directory as Gold Affiliate

• Two complimentary IAEC Directories

• Logo featured on signage at IAEC trainings and events including: IAEC Annual Meeting, District Meetings, Conferences and Trainings

• Logo on IAEC Member website (as an affiliate; but not a member)

Silver Affiliate - $500

Includes:

• Company name on IAEC Member website (as an affiliate; but not a member)

OPTIONAL: Add-on break, breakfast or lunch sponsor at member conferences (for additional fee)

This option is only available for Affiliates at an additional cost. Each break at each conference is $250, each breakfast or lunch sponsor at each conference is $500. Company logo will be featured on signage at sponsored break or lunch.
