IAEC AFFILIATE SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION

Our Affiliate Sponsorship program in a valuable way to support Iowa's electric cooperatives and reach key decision makers.

Your Affiliate Sponsorship year aligns with IAEC's fiscal year (Sept 1-Aug 31) and your membership will be prorated to the nearest quarter if applicable. Sponsors can apply and join our Affiliate program at any time. Affiliate application and status is subject to approval by IAEC.

Platinum Affiliate - $2,500 per year

• 4 printed IAEC member directories
• Logo featured on signage at IAEC trainings and events including: annual meeting (Dec.), district meetings (Aug.), spring/fall conferences and trainings
• Logo on screens during breaks at annual meeting (Dec.), district meetings (Aug.) and conferences
• Logo featured on IAEC website
• Logo featured on IAEC Community platform (peer-to-peer networking web portal)
• Logo featured on IAEC Learn platform (learning management system for co-op employees)
• 20% sponsorship discount at IAEC events, including: operations & safety trade shows (spring, fall), annual meeting (Dec.), charity golf outing (July)

Gold Affiliate - $1,500 per year

• 2 printed IAEC member directories
• Logo included on signage at IAEC trainings and events including: annual meeting (Dec.), district meetings (Aug.), spring/fall conferences and trainings
• Logo included on IAEC website
• Logo included on IAEC Community platform (peer-to-peer networking web portal)
• Logo included on IAEC Learn platform (learning management system for co-op employees)
• 10% sponsorship discount at IAEC events, including: operations & safety trade shows (spring, fall), annual meeting (Dec.), charity golf outing (July)

Silver Affiliate - $500 per year

• 1 printed IAEC member directory
• Company name listed on signage at IAEC trainings and events including: annual meeting (Dec.), district meetings (Aug.), spring/fall conferences and trainings
• Company name listed on IAEC website
• Company name listed on IAEC Community platform (peer-to-peer networking web portal)
• Company name listed on IAEC Learn platform (learning management system for co-op employees)

Optional Conference Add-ons
($250 per break / $500 per breakfast or lunch)

These additional opportunities are only available to our Affiliate Sponsors. Your company logo will be featured on signage at the conference and one company rep may attend a sponsored breakfast/lunch.

The Iowa Association of Electric Cooperatives’ (“IAEC” or “Association”) Affiliate Sponsorship program (“Program”) is a financial sponsorship program to support IAEC’s mission, events, and programming. A participant (“Affiliate” or “Sponsor”) in the Program is not a member of IAEC and is not entitled to any membership benefits thereof. Further, participation in the Program shall not indicate IAEC’s support of statements or actions made by an Affiliate.  The Affiliate has no authority to bind the Association and IAEC is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Affiliate. IAEC reserves the right to reject any proposed Affiliate or terminate any existing Affiliate sponsorship for any reason.
